Scrap of Beliefs no.2

By Chaichana Luetrakun

Acrylic on canvas
60 x 90 cm

“I want my selected representational objects to emphasize the transformation of various beliefs in the society with constant change over time. Objects that were once highly respected can become useless scarps and taken to a new, particular space that offers a alternative value, meanings, and expressions. I chose to present the notion as a realistic painting that highlights the mystic and peculiar characteristics to encourage the viewers to interpret according to their background experiences.”
